Yep.  I forgot all about DA until I saw that Hitoshi Ariga had a page on here.

Anyways, I'm actually almost done with chapter 1 of Gel.  Almost as in, I've drawn and inked all pages, and have colored and shaded half.  I really wanted to do this project, so I'm happy I've actually done it.  I'll put some on here soon, if I remember to.

Messed up on coloring those first two pages.  Started over.  

And I want to get the third page done before putting up anything else.

Second page of Gel done, finally.  Holy crap did that take forever.  Maybe after these first few pages I'll tone down the detail a bit.  Can't wait to show these off, though.  

And I'm in the process of putting up Kelly's character sketch.  She's fun to both draw and write, so I like her.

First, let me formally state that I hate snow.

Second, I'm finally almost done with this semester.  I've just got one 2-page paper and five exams to go.  I'm never doing 21 credit hours again, this was just ridiculous.

Third, I've got the first of my character sketches up, and I'll post the second either tomorrow or Friday.  I also need to get page 2 colored...I wanted to get it done before posting Enan, but I didn't, so yeah.  Hopefully I'll find some time this weekend.

I climbed out of my little homework cave for the long weekend, so there's a very good chance I might be online.  In between classes, though, I did manage to get a few sketches done for a new project I've been trying to start for about a year or two now.  

Okay, sketches isn't the right word.  They're more like full character designs I spent the last two months on.  And hopefully by the time I get all of them up, I might have some pages of the actual comic to go with them.  Though, since the first page alone took two full days to finish coloring...yeah.  It's going to be a slow one, but I'm pretty proud of what's coming out of it so far.

Oh, well.  At least I have some motivation on this project.  As much as I really wanted to get Electric Toast Man started and running, I really don't even have the motivation to draw it anymore, much less color it.  Which really stinks, because where I left it is right before it started to get good.  Hopefully this project will meet a better fate, since I've refined my art and writing styles since ETM and the pages I'm working on are still recent.  I've at least learned from those old mistakes.
